You agree that Our service may change your website/app interface and content to provide enrichment data like analytics, pricing history, shopping predictions, selling history, marketing data,… it's all owned by us and be used to improve your product experience and it's all computed by InEcom only, every data comparison between InEcom and some third-party is not saying that we provide wrong service. No spam, harmful, fake or illegal information will be shown to you in this feature.

Our Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide our Services using a commercially reasonable level of skill and care and we hope that you will enjoy using them. But there are certain things that we don’t promise about our Services. The services we provide may support but doesn't involve in any transaction, any transaction dispute has nothing to do with us, any liability arising from transactions that we do not accept.

Business uses of our Services

If you are using our Services on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms. It will hold harmless and indemnify InEcom and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit or action arising from or related to the use of the Services or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys’ fees.

You agree that you’ve read, understand and accept the ways we show, collect, process information about you (anonymous or you give us) at https://seller.inecom.club/policy - including getting your data, automate your interface, … from us and our partners to generate InEcom's Services fee.

Installation & Uninstallation Terms

You agree that we provide multiple way for installing our services, including software/app installation, web extensions installation, … We might combine with our partner (who distribute our Service)’s terms, and you agree about Terms applied for those kind of installation. In every situation, You always have rights of choosing install our Service or not, or uninstall or asking us to remove our Service anytime you want.
